John is responsible for Quality Assurance of Delivery and Design of Supply Chain Execution implementations for My Supply Chain Group clients. John provides leadership to MSCG project teams to build solutions that standardize and improve supply chain processes for MSCG customers. With high level of expertise in SAP supply chain and architecture, John ensures customers get the best in class design and solution on SAP-EWM, filling any system gaps or innovation needs with MSCG enhanced solutions to migrate risk and gain operational efficiency.

Internally within MSCG, John focusses on innovation, building internal SAP supply chain execution knowledge base and excellence as part of MSCG SCE delivery leadership team. John has over 20 years of experience implementing SAP warehouse management solutions, core manufacturing and distribution industry experience.

John also has over a decade of experience in leading successful global SAP Extended Warehouse Management (EWM) implementations, staying close with customers to build, integrate and deploy embedded S/4 Hana and decentral EWM implementations. John holds a bachelor’s degree in engineering from College of Engineering, Guindy, India and master’s in business administration from LIBA, Chennai, India.

Mr Melendez has a major in Industrial Engineering and more than 20 years of experience designing and implementing SAP supply chain solutions in several industries mainly Pharmaceutical, Chemical and Food/beverage industries.

He has participated in projects in the largest countries in Latin America and US. The last 5 years he is has participated in successful EWM implementation projects in Mexico, Colombia and Chile. Mr. Melendez works form MSCG since 2015 and he leads commercial activities and project execution for Spanish Speaking Latin America.

Sameer is responsible for thought leadership, presales and solutions in the SAP Digital Supply Chain space covering solutions such as IBP, APO, S/4HANA and Ariba. Sameer has more than 20 years of experience in business process redesign, supply chain strategy, roadmaps, solution implementation and presales.

Sameer has successfully implemented SCM solutions and strategy across several industries including consumer products, food & beverage, high tech and chemicals. Sameer holds an undergraduate degree in business from Bangalore University and an MBA from Manipal University with specializations in systems, finance and strategy.

Mr. Jinnette’s key responsibilities are solution delivery and client management.

With more than 25 years of experience in the design and implementation of supply chain planning solutions, Mr. Jinnette’s industry focus has primarily been on petrochemicals and consumer products.

Mr. Jinnette earned a Bachelor of Science degree from The University of Texas at Austin.

Sandeep is responsible for client management, Solution Architecture and delivery of SCM Manufacturing Solutions.

Sandeep has more than 20 years of experience in designing, deploying the SAP solutions and integrating SAP with other industry MES and optimization products.

Sandeep specializes in SAP Industry vertical Mill (Paper, pulp, steel), dairy and chemicals. Sandeep holds a Bachelor of Comm degree from Bombay university.

Odell is responsible for client engagement/management, SCM process and system architecture, project delivery and talent development.

He has more than 30 years’ experience in engineering, supply chain process design/execution, and systems development experience in the industries such as oil field equipment, high-tech, chemicals, consumer products, food, auto manufacturing, and pharma / life sciences.

Odell is a SME with focus on global SAP supply chain planning solutions APO and IBP. He holds a BS Industrial Engineering Technology from Abilene Christian University.

Dr. Mhatre is responsible for client management and delivery of SCM implementations. Dr. Mhatre has more than 20 years of experience in designing and implementing the SCM solutions from various vendors.

Dr. Mhatre has successfully implemented SCM solutions across various industries with special focus on chemicals and oil & gas. Shell chemicals and Chevron-Phillips Chemicals are some of his major clients. Dr. Mhatre worked with Aspen Technology, Accenture and Bristlecone before founding MySupplyChainGroup.

Dr. Mhatre holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Chemical Engineering from IIT-Bombay and a Masters and Ph.D. in Chemical Engineering with focus on process control and optimization from Case Western Reserve University.

Mr Zuberi is a graduate of University of Wisconsin – Madison and started his career as a Mechanical Engineer. After 5+ years of helping with production plant optimization and new plant start-ups he moved into management consulting at PriceWaterHouseCoopers.

Mr Zuberi worked in several business areas of Supply Chain Management both in the US and Europe. Mr Zuberi worked both with Bristlecone and IDS- Sheer where he was the Director of Supply Chain Planning.

In 2007 Mr Zuberi joined a small start-up SCM Solutions which specialized in Advanced Planning and Optimization.

SCM Solutions was sold to Axon LTD and later to HCL. In 2008, Mr Zuberi along with his partners found MySupplyChainGroup, a private firm dedicated to implementing and supporting SAP’s SCM platform.

Naren is a senior supply chain professional, thought leader and trusted advisor with over 25 years of extensive experience in business strategy and integrated business planning.

He has architected global planning solutions for numerous multinational corporations and helped standardize their supply chains. He facilitated global business transformation projects and rapid roll out of these templates with minimal localization/costs.

Earlier in his career, Naren has worked for SAP America as a Platinum Consultant and has groomed himself in mastering the logistic modules of SAP. As one of the initial founders of My Supply Chain Group and an entrepreneur, he has been instrumental in business development and building a brand name in the Supply Chain Industry.

His recent initiatives involve automation of supply chains using AI algorithms. Naren has a MS degree in Industrial Engineering from Texas Tech University and is a certified ISO 9000 and QS 9000 auditor.

Dr. Bhide is a Co-Founder of My Supply Chain Group, LLC (MSCG) responsible for client management and delivery of transformative supply chain initiatives.

Dr. Bhide has over 25 years of experience advising Global and Fortune 500 clients on supply chain strategy, process re-engineering and implementation of SAP supply chain solutions – Integrated Business Planning (SAP IBP) and Advanced Planner and Optimizer (SAP APO).

Dr. Bhide has served as a tried, tested and trusted advisor of more than 30 clients in diverse industry verticals. Some of his major clients include Shell, Chevron, Intel, HP, Nike, Caterpillar, Levi Strauss, Abbott Laboratories, Allergan, Teva, Johnson & Johnson, Kellogg’s, Lindt & Sprüngli etc.
